You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.ㅤIII.ㅤ Legal action may be taken if you break these Terms of Service, particularly in the event of unauthorized commercial use. This includes utilizing the artwork or graphics in any form of publications, merchandise, advertisements, or other media where you are earning money from my work.ㅤIV.ㅤ Prices are all displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and may change in the future.ㅤV.ㅤ I may reject a commission for any reason that I’m under no obligation to disclose if I don’t wish to.ㅤㅤSECTION II: COPYRIGHT AND USAGEㅤㅤㅤI.ㅤ Under no circumstances is my artwork or graphics allowed to be used for NFTs or fed to generative artificial intelligences.ㅤII.ㅤ I maintain all copyright over my artwork and graphics and maintain the right to showcase them on whatever social media, publication, or other platforms I want.ㅤIII.ㅤ All copyright over characters or other aspects of the commission that do not belong to me are retained by their respective owners. This means you maintain all copyright over your own original content, such as your original characters.ㅤIV.ㅤ You may post a watermarked version of a commissioned artwork to your social media with credit to my Tumblr blog @rosecreates. You cannot post a non-watermarked version. Commissioned graphics may be utilized freely without a watermark on whatever platform they are being used for, but credit must still be given to me somewhere that is clearly visible on your profile. You may not claim the artwork or graphic as your own under any circumstances.ㅤㅤSECTION III: WILL DO & WON’T DOㅤㅤㅤI.ㅤ I will not do commissions for explicit sexual content, fetishes, visible genitalia even in artistic context, extreme gore, any kind of bigotry (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, etc), anything illegal (incest between blood-related and / or adopted family, pedophilia, etc), or complicated machinery / mecha.ㅤII.ㅤ I specialize in drawing feminine-bodied characters and have an art style that is very anime-like. Thus I am best at drawing characters who fall into anime-like territory in terms of their design, especially if they’re more fantastical.ㅤIII.ㅤ I can’t guarantee good quality if I am asked to draw masculine-bodied characters, due to my inexperience with drawing them. l will subsequently be picky with ones I draw. For the same inexperience reason, I’ll be selective with furries and animals that I draw.

ㅤㅤSECTION IV: PAYMENT & OTHER FEESㅤㅤㅤI.ㅤ I only take commissions via Ko-Fi and will not accept any other methods at this time.ㅤII.ㅤ You can pay me 100% upfront or 50% upfront.ㅤIII.ㅤ If I haven’t started the commission then I will refund you fully if you cancel the commission, or if I am unable to complete the commission. If I’ve started it, I will only refund you if I cannot complete it due to life events, as I would’ve spent a lot of time and effort on it.ㅤIV.ㅤ Chargebacks will lead to a blacklist and you will not be allowed to use the commission in any capacity. By commissioning me you are confirming yourself as owner of your account and that you are paying for a digital product, so chargebacks are therefore prohibited.ㅤV.ㅤ More fees may be incurred for additional characters, complicated designs, complicated backgrounds, additional objects, and deadlines.ㅤVI.ㅤ The commercial fee varies whether its an individual or a team; 50% increase for an individual, and a 100% increase for a team.ㅤㅤSECTION V: PROCESS ㅤㅤㅤI.ㅤ I require a clear full-body reference of your character that isn’t shaded. If you don’t provide me with this, I can’t guarantee that I’ll draw your character exactly as you want, even if I’ll still try. If you don’t provide me with any references I will not accept your commission.ㅤII.ㅤ Please be as clear as possible in describing what you want the commission to look like, whether its artwork or graphics. Provide me with images such as poses or motifs to help give me a clear idea of what you want. I need something to go off of.ㅤIII.ㅤ I do not provide any form of physical product, only two digital PNG files, a watermarked version and a non-watermarked version. I will not be giving out PSDs for anything but icon frame commissions.ㅤIV.ㅤ Major revisions are limited to 5 in sketch phase. Minor revisions are limited to 10. I will not do any further major revisions once the lineart is completed and will only do 3 minor revisions. I will not do any more revisions once flat colors have been done.ㅤV.ㅤ Commissions will be completed within 35 days of payment being given, and deadlines cannot be any sooner than 14 days. I will do commissions in any order I desire.ㅤVI.ㅤ My style sometimes can vary, so if there’s a specific way I’ve previously drawn something that you want me to do in your commission, please let me know.
